Dinner time is definitely a challenge for me as a mom of three. Now that we have lots of kid activites going on during the week I also need meals that are quick and easy. Sure there are times when I follow recipes and add all the ingredients and spices, but there are times too when I need quick and easy but still homemade. Spices and me have a love/hate relationship. I love the taste I can get from spices, I hate searching for the ones I need and trying to figure out which spices to use for different recipes.
Well luckily McCormick® has come to the rescue with McCormick®’s Skillet Sauces®. They are a new range of products packed full of flavor to help create a home cooked, fresh tasting, family meal in no time! The Skillet Sauces® are all the spices you need to complete the perfect meal. You just need to add a few other ingredients such as meat, vegetables and/or bread.
I honestly had a hard time picking which McCormick®’s Skillet Sauces® to buy as I just wanted to pick up a few at first to see how my family liked them before I stocked up. I will say they were a hit and I will definitely be stocking up especially with winter coming and me loving homemade comfort foods!
I picked up Sloppy Joe and Fajita. Like I said they were both a hit and even my picky kids asked for seconds!
The Sloppy Joe Skillet Sauce was so easy. All I had to do is add it to cooked ground beef and buns. My picky son even took leftovers for the lunch the next day, which has never happened with something I cooked!
The Fajita was the first time I actually made fajitas at home. I actually had everything already so it was nice to just cut up the veggies and cook the chicken and then pour in the skillet sauce. You really can’t mess it up!
Overall, I really like the McCormick®’s Skillet Sauces® for their quality, price and convenience. It is something that for just a few dollars makes life just a little easier for me at dinnertime, and I will take all the help I can get!

I am like you. I will take all the help I can get at dinner time! I always buy McCormick Spices and packet sauces. I think these Skillet Sauces look great! The Sloppy Joe one looks like it's not full o onions so I know my kids would like that. I will have to check my store for them. Thanks!
