Staying Healthy During Cough and Cold Season @LittleRemedies

Disclosure:  I have partnered with Little Remedies to share my honest opinion and thoughts.

As a mom I hate when my little ones are sick. I feel so helpless and sometimes clueless as they can’t always explain to me what is bothering them.  Little Remedies makes products that are made to support the health and well-being of infants and children.  What I love about their products is they believe “less is more” which means they use the fewest and most natural ingrediants without sacrificing the product’s effectiveness.  I am not big on medicine and I always try to fight illnesses on my own before I take medicine for it but with my kids I hate seeing them suffer.  I love the Little Remedies recognizes that moms try to limit chemicals in their kids medicines but still need it to be effective.

Little Remedies® products do not contain any artificial flavors, artificial colors or alcohol and are created with the very specific needs of children in mind.  Meaning there are different Little Remedies products depending on the issues your child is facing.  From fevers to coughs to noses or tummy troubles, Little Remedies makes a product for most childhood illnesses.

With the cold season here in full swing in Chicago and so many crazy illnesses floating around already, it is important to keep my kids as healthy as I can.  As much as I love my kids home with me, I’d rather them not be home because they are sick.

What can you do when your child has a cough and sore throat?  For young kids especially there is not a lot of choices for medicine, most medicines are for older kids 6 and up.  Little Remedies has a medicine that is 100% Drug-Free called Cough + Immune Support.

It is designed to calm your child’s cough and sore throat with the soothing power of elderberry and honey.  Why elderberry?  Elderberry has two times the anti-oxidant power of bluberries.  It calms coughs, soothes sore throats and supports immune health.  Other than being alcohol free, it is also free of saccharin and high-fructose corn syrup.  It is designed for kids as young as 1 and can even be used on adults.

Want to stay on top of outbreaks in your area?  Little Remedies has a Cold + Flu Tracker to check for outbreaks and symptoms in your area.  If your area is affected, it gives suggestions for products.

BUY IT:  Little Remedies Cough + Immune Support can be found at your local Walmart, Walgreens, Duane Reade, KMART, Shoprite, Wegmans, Supervalu and Amazon.com
