My Tips for Staying Healthy While On-the-Go With Help From Chloraseptic

Runny noses, a cough, or even a headache are problems that I can usually easily take care of.  Take a pill or some cough syrup and magically I start to feel better.  A sore throat though can linger and basically throw my whole day off.  If it hurts to talk then I can’t communicate with my family.  If it hurts to swallow then I can’t eat and therefore become irritable.  If it hurts to swallow then I’m just miserable all together because that is something I can’t help but do.

• Carry a water bottle with me.  Whenever I leave the house I make sure to fill up my water bottle so I always have water on hand.
• Keep hand sanitizer and wipes in my car and bag.  Since I can’t always wash my hands while out running around I use a lot of hand sanitizer and wet wiptes to keep my hands clean.
• Avoid sickness.  This one is hard of course but if I know there is a lot of cases of a certain illness in my area then I try to limit going out as much as I can. There is the Chloraseptic Cough + Flu Tracker which is great to check out.
• Wear my pedometer.  This is important to me because whenever I wear my pedometer I tend to walk more and try to beat my previous day’s steps.  By walking more I am keeping my body moving and active which is important.  I will even use  this to walk up and down the stairs in my house more if I’m not going out.
