Our family LOVES chocolate mint recipes. I am pinning this recipe for Easter (great color too). This recipe sounds so easy & reasonable to make - no baking - just using the microwave for 45 seconds. I can even do that. THANKS AGAIN for another hit review! Between your review and the other bloggers, I have the whole Easter dinner planned, with dishes & desserts that I haven't served before.
