Secret Savings Thanks to MyMixx @JewelOsco #MyMixx

A few weeks ago I was introduced to MyMixx from Jewel-Osco and it has changed the way I grocery shop.  No more forgetting coupons at home or spending time clipping coupons.  Don’t get me wrong, I see the value in coupon clipping and wish I could still do it, but every since I had kids I just haven’t been able to get back into the swing of clipping and using coupons, even though now is when I need it the most!  With five of us in my house that is a lot of meals I need to shop for plus there is household and beauty products as well that I need to buy.

What has been great for me with MyMixx is I can virtually clip coupons whenever and wherever I have time – in the line waiting for my school pickup, at the bus stop for my boys, even in the grocery store itself!  Yep, while waiting at the deli or checkout line, I have been able to clip some coupons.  To use the coupons, I just have to give the cashier the phone number I used and the MyMixx Savings will be added automatically.

To me its like “Secret Savings” since its always different and its not necessarily advertised in the store.  Well my store has tons of banners and displays advertising MyMixx Savings, but the items themselves that are on sale don’t have anything indicating that.  There are tons of sales going on constantly at Jewel that are advertised all over, but the MyMixx Savings don’t reflect sale prices on the price tags.

I like to browse all the MyMixx coupons and then as I shop I go back and clip them if I decide to buy them or I could just clip them all just in case with just a few taps on my phone.  This week there was even some MyMixx deals advertised in the weekly sales flyer.

I love that I can save money on items that I wouldn’t have had a coupon for or just try out new products that I might not have tried.  I tend to try new items when they are on sale and MyMixx has even had some items for free after MyMixx Savings.

I ran out to get last minute things and stock up on some water and was able to save $3.24 with MyMixx.

I’m happy saving money wherever I can and MyMixx Savings really does make it easy to save.  I like to think of it as my little secret too, although I guess its not mine anymore since I’m sharing it here!
