Turn Your iPad into a Personalized Math Tutor @SkyMathApp

Kids are using technology more and more these days and with so many apps out there it can be overwhelming what would be beneficial for them.  I know with my own kids I have researched app after app since we purchased our first iPad and am constantly reading reviews on new apps coming out.

Two subjects that are so important to kids, especially young kids, are reading and math. Both subjects are essential to the rest of their lives and as a parent I know I want every opportunity for my kids to benefit from.

SkyMath is a new app for the iPad that is being launched through a Kickstarter campaign.  It offers a personalized sequence of best videos and best game apps on the iPad for math skills to help each child succeed.  For the first time, kids can get personalized recommendation for the best apps and videos.  Kids will want to do SkyMath and parents can track what is actually being learned from time on the iPad.

SkyMath works as a personalized tutor you can trust.  It offers personalized learning profiles, instructional videos, app recommendations at exactly the right level picked out from a team of great teachers, progress tracking and of course rewards!  Kids won’t get bored as they choose a variety of topics featuring friendly avatars along their journey.

The app is not live yet but it was tested with 20 kids from around the country.  These 20 kids made on average three-quarters of a year’s worth of growth in just one month!  The Kickstarter campaign is being launched to create the back-end server dashboard and a few design improvements from user feedback.
