Disclosure: I received the products below to review in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.
Every month I get some great books from Parragon books that my family gets to enjoy. The latest books I received were hits as expected.
Parragon is one of the largest illustrated non-fiction publishers in the world. From great selections of Disney, Barbie, Monster High, Ever After High, Discovery Kids, Dora, TMNT, Sponge Bob to in-house favorites including Little Learners, Pinkabella, Dino Supersaurus, Glitterbelle, Life Canvas, Love Food and more, we make books affordable and accessible to readers all around the globe.
So what books did I get?
$14.99 – Paperback Book Kit
Everything you need to create the best selfie and usie ever! Join the selfie crazy with this set that includes a selfie stick that attaches to your cell phone, props for hilarious pictures, and a how-to book to make sure you take the perfect selfie. Includes an expandable (to 23 inches) selfie stick, 12 press-out props, and how-to book.
This is a cute kit for any budding selfie photographer. You get a selfie stick, book and some props that just need to be taped onto a stick (sticks not included.) The selfie stick is a basic selfie stick that grips your phone and then you extend the pole. It is does have a button the stick to take the picture so you will need to set the timer on your phone to take the picture. The book is very cute and full of selfie ideas, etiquette, facts and more. For the price it is a great starter kit! Perfect gift! I did read a review where the user’s phone slipped out so obviously make sure your phone grips in there tightly before waving the stick around, I didn’t have a problem with our Samsung phones – cases though do make a different in how well the phone can be gripped.
$6.99 – Hardcover
Its Halloween and there are pumpkins everywhere! Follow the adventures of four little trick-or treaters as they make their way to their towns pumpkin parade.
This is a hardcover picture book that has just a few words on each page such as “pumpkin bounce” and “pumpkin there, and there,” so it is a very quick yet fun read. The illustrations are so bright and fun and my daughter loves seeing all the pumpkins and costumes. The pages rhyme which my kids love as well but it is a short story so don’t expect too much. I have read this numerous times already and I am sure I will be reading it past Halloween – it is a cute book that my kids ages 4-8 all enjoy hearing. The price is very affordable as well!

We are fans of Halloween.
We like Halloween!
My husband has more fun dressing up on Halloween and scaring the trick-or-treaters than the kids have. Of course we reward them with lots of candy for hubby's silly behavior :-)
Halloween is my favorite holiday!
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays..I love the scary movie marathons
Love Halloween! I have been eating most of the candy my kids have collected ;)
I have always loved carving pumpkins and eating the pumpkin seeds!
this year for halloween I went down to Key West for the Fantasy Fest, great for adults not for kiddos! Thanks so much for the chances to win.
We don't get any door to door trick or treaters, we live to far out. But our grand kids do come by and usually get dressed here so i can see them in costume. I sure miss all the kids in costumes.
I love to hand out candy to all the little ones that come around
