Like Food & Cooking? Check Out Hoorray the New Social Cooking App

Do you ever want to talk to other foodies? Or maybe you just like to browse pictures of food and you hope you improve your own cooking skills, which is okay too. Sure you could post and browse on all your social media networks but you may not get what you are looking for out of it.

Well now there is an app designed for people who love food, enjoy cooking at home or just like to eat. Hoorray is not just an app either, it is a social cooking network that brings together food enthusiasts from all over together. Foodies can see food pics, browse and share recipes and even create shopping lists right from the Hoorray app.

The Hoorray really has a lot jam packed in it that I feel like I am still learning about it and finding new things in it. I love that I can do everything from one app.

What makes Hoorray different than Pinterest for example?

Well Hoorray is only food, don’t get me wrong I love Pinterest but it can get quite overwhelming at times with items, giveaways, and quotes. Sometimes I just want to browse recipes. Sure I could search for recipes but my problem then is I have a million tabs open with recipes that I need to write down the ingredients I need for. Then I have to remember to bring the ingredient shopping list with me to the store!

My favorite feature of the Hoorray App is that I can add recipe ingredients to a shopping list with a few taps on my phone. Then to make it even easier I can even email or Add it to Evernote so I have the list with me right on my phone.

With the Hoorray App I feel like I can actually become a better home cook as it makes everything so easy! I really can’t use any excuses other than of course I didn’t make it to the grocery store. The other problem I have found on it is that it is hard to get off! I find myself hoping on it just to browse. It really is an awesome app. You don’t have to be a diehard foodie either to appreciate, you just have to like food!
