I actually go this for my 5 year for her birthday this past summer and she still plays with it. I’d compare it to Origami Owl for adults but a kid version! This is a cute craft kit for kids so they can make their own lockets. It reminds me of Origami Owl necklaces for kids. You get this whole big holder for all the locket pieces and charms, which is nice but not really necessary. Kids pick the charms they want and drop them into the locket. You get 40 charms and 11 locket pieces (4 necklaces, 3 bracelets and 3 keychains.) Perfect for kids to make for themselves and as gifts. You do get a lot. I got this for my 5 year old which is the lowest recommended age but I think it would be good up to 9 or 10 years old. Very cute idea and will keep kids busy. The lockets are not super durable as they have popped open and we’ve lost charms but I didn’t expect too much either for the price. I think going forward I may add some tape for an extra seal.
