The World’s Only Refillable, Self-Sealing Water Balloon #WaterWubble

I partnered with this brand in exchange for product/compensation to share my honest opinion.

I have a love/hate relationship with water balloons. I love the fun that can be had with them but I hate making them. One summer I tied water balloons for a whole hour straight as my kids kept bringing “just one more.”

Well leave it to the Wubble brand to reinvent water balloons as we know it.

Water Wubble are balloons made of the Wubble brand material that make filling water balloons to throwing them super fun. They can be filled with a hose, water bottle, sink faucet or just dunked in water (or pool.) No fancy hose connectors needed and these can be filled anywhere since you can use a water bottle!

The squishy, soft Water Wubble material does make it nice for when throwing too as they don’t hurt.

Our experience with Water Wubble

You get eight balls, four red and four blue. I filled them all up and since they don’t seal closed good, some did leak before we used them. I’d recommend using them right away. While they don’t pop from overfilling, we did have three that ripped. Not sure how they got ripped but they were useless once torn.

While they lasted they were fun and my kids loved being able to fill them up themselves. Maybe these would be better for younger kids as my 8-year-old and his friend were maybe too rough with them? I really do like the concept but hope that they come up with a way to make them more durable. We do have some left that my kids are still playing with but I was disappointed that so many broke within minutes of them using them. For the right (low) price, I’d buy these for a one-time use thing but otherwise don’t expect longevity from these.
