Tackling Difficult Stains

I am partnering with Biz as an ambassador to share my honest opinion.

Summer here with my kids usually means lots of stains from ice cream to grass to who knows what! So far this summer surprisingly I haven’t noticed any stains, not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing? I always feel that the dirtier the kids, the more fun they had – if they are not dirty, does that mean they are not having enough fun?

Anyways, I have been itching to use some of my Biz so I looked around for a stain I could tackle. I can’t believe I haven’t tried before but I have a chair in my bedroom that has had a stain on it for as long as I can remember! I honestly don’t even remember what caused the stain and it has been covered by clothes and a blanket that it has been easily missed. I removed the cushion and poured on some Biz.

Here is the after Biz – so much better:

Want to know my tricks to getting a tough stain out?

First, pre-treat using Biz on your stain.

I found it easier to scrub it in using my kitchen brush but you can scrub rubbing the fabric together.

Wash in warm water using your regular detergent.

Before you dry it, make sure the stain came out as you may need to pre-treat again. Drying the fabric sets in the stain so don’t dry until ready. I actually let our cushion air dry to make sure it didn’t set in.

I highly recommend always having a bottle of Biz on hand because you never know when a stain will happen.

So how did Biz work?

It worked awesome on our unknown stain! I did have to wash the cushion twice but the second time it came out! I was really impressed as the stain was not only unknown but old! Our cushion has never looked better, well maybe when it was brand new but that didn’t last.

I will definitely be keeping Biz handy for whatever life throws at us! Since Biz can work on all four types of stains, it is quite handy to have.

Biz can be used three ways (or of course combine any of the ways):

  • As a pre-treat
  • As a laundry detergent booster (use in addition to your regular detergent)
  • As a laundry detergent itself (this is great when you have a whole load of stained items)

I have used Biz all three ways, depending on how bad the stains are and I like that I have that option. It is a tough product that has beaten most of the stains I have needed it to tackle.
