DVD:
I had heard nothing but good things about this movie so I was excited when it finally came to DVD so I could check it out. Disney COCO is a movie is about a boy who feels music is in his blood but his family feels music is a curse. On Day of the Dead, Miguel goes to steal something and is flipped over to the other side. The movie is about his journey trying to get back to the land of the living and discovering his ancestors. There is singing, dancing and lots of colorful characters. I will say there is a part about a character who is murdered and my 9-year-old was surprised that came from a Disney movie – my 6-year-old did not catch that part.
There are lots of bonus features loaded onto this set and with the multiple formats, it is easy to watch the movie wherever and whenever!
