I received product/compensation in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.
My daughter has always been a fish in the water and loves her bath and swimming times. With the crazy weather we have here in Chicago though, my daughter swims a lot in the bathtub. I am always looking for new toys for her to play with and ones that we can especially use in the pool when its warm out.
MOMMY, Look I Can Swim is a doll that actually swims in the water. She comes with little goggles and flippers, which you don’t have to use, and she swims when she senses water. Now yes she does require batteries which seems weird to put something with batteries in the water but it works. Right now she has only been used in the bathtub but I know she will become a pool staple for my daughter as well. I admit I was pretty amazed to see her actually swimming. Her arms move and her feet kick as she glides through the water – wish would be cooler in a larger area than a bathtub.
As far as drainage goes, she does have holes to drain the water out of her and my daughter makes it a game to make sure she has no more water left inside. For more fun, the doll has hair that can be actually combed and styled.
Honestly, the MOMMY, Look I Can Swim is a fun doll that my daughter enjoys. She does actually work and so far so good over here!
She can be found at all major retailers including Amazon. She is available in Blonde, Brunette and Curly.
