There are plenty of reasons why so many brides to be are looking around the Texas Hill Country for their perfect golf course wedding venue near me. The vistas and agreeable weather throughout most of the year make Austin an ideal place to enjoy your special day. Two of the more popular destinations in recent years for Austin weddings are Avery Ranch Golf Club and Teravista Golf Club. Even if you are not a die-hard golfer, there are a lot of benefits to using one of these trusted venues to mark your special occasion.
Your guests will appreciate the chance to relax at these club houses and even indulge in a few rounds of golf before or after the big event. It adds an element of fun and relaxation to an already memorable occasion. As a bride, you will immediately appreciate that these venues are accustomed to taking care of large parties and accommodating your requests. The catering and drink options available mean that you will not have to worry about any of the stressful details in planning the party of a lifetime.
There are two choices for showcasing your forever love at Avery Ranch Golf Club, the Sunset Club House and the Lakeview Room. If you have a larger party, the Lakeview Room is likely your best option because it can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests. The Sunset Club House is a more intimate setting and is best for parties of 60 guests or less. If you are looking for the perfect landscape for your wedding pictures, then you will have the ideal location at the Avery Ranch Golf Club. In addition to having access to some of the area’s most pristine golf courses, the major advantage to holding your wedding at this club is that you will not have to fret over all of the details.
The experienced and attentive staff is at the ready to make sure that your special day goes smoothly and that you can spend your time enjoying the company of friends and family. Attention to detail is one of the things that the staff and special event planners at Avery Ranch Golf Club are widely known for. They take great pride in their work and are committed to exceeding your expectations.
Choosing the Teravista Golf Club for your big day means that you are going to enjoy incredible vistas and a serene atmosphere. Weddings are held at the Ranch House, which is known for its rustic appeal. While you might think this means a barn setting, the Ranch House is actually a picture perfect place to dance the night away in style and elegance. There is plenty of room for your guests to enjoy mingling and dancing, but the decor and styling make it a very comfortable and engaging venue. The staff are well-equipped to handle weddings with ease and will be available for all of the details to make your reception a dream come true. The catering available at this venue receives rave reviews and can work with you on a variety of menu choices to find your perfect spread. The process of pairing up your menu options and selecting your favorite array of beverages at the Teravista Golf Club will put you in the right mood to get excited about your event.

I have been with my "boyfriend" for 18yrs now....we have 4 children and are not "legally married" however I still refer to him as my "Husband". We have yet to marry basically because we didn't want a piece of paper to become more important than are actual relationship; for some people being "legally married" can cause a lot of drama and we're good they way we are. However, this doesn't mean that we don't ever want to or don't believe in marriage. We would love to get married but have always talked about doing something intimate and definitely not at the court house. Since having 4 kids and with life happening all the time we never have had money to set aside to make any official plans. Hopefully one day before our oldest child moves out we can afford a destination wedding. The Avery Ranch Golf Club sounds like a gorgeous place to have our wedding.
It seems like more and more folks are planning destination weddings. I can see how having a wedding in a venue with good weather year round would be preferable.
