Apps I Use to Earn Money

I have always done things online to make money whether it be taking a survey, selling on eBay or Amazon or shopping through certain links. I feel like it is especially important to earn a few extra bucks and I wanted to share websites I have used personally to earn money and have actually been paid out from. While there are lots of sites out there, here are sites that are legit and I can confirm payment has been received.

Fetch Rewards

You scan grocery/store/food receipts. For every receipt, you get points ranging from 5 to 25 points and then there are bonus offers for buying certain brands. You literally don’t have to do anything special other than scan receipts, even my 61-year-old dad does this now! You can scan receipts up to two weeks old so you don’t have to do it automatically. Oh and if you shop online a lot you can click a button and it will search for e-receipts you may have and automatically upload those. You can cash out after a few receipts once you first join as you get bonus points. The rewards are gift cards to stores such as Amazon, Walmart, The Home Depot…

Just click the link below and you’ll get $2 in points when you snap your first receipt.

Dosh

Dosh is an app you download and link your credit cards to. Once you shop, dine or travel at places if you use your credit cards linked to Dosh and the place has joined Dosh then you get cashback automatically! No coupons or receipt scanning! I love this app as I linked my cards and forgot about it. For example, recently three restaurants I ate at were partnered with Dosh (which I did not know) and I received app notifications that money was added to my account! Usually, it is around $1 cashback but I’ve gotten as much as $3 – it depends on how much you spent. This does require $25 to cash out and I am ready to cash out for the second time. You can check to see where in your area or what stores you can earn from and shop/order food from them specifically to earn money or you can just wait for the notifications to come as a pleasant surprise! It is seriously easy money from over 100,000 places to get cashback!

Ibotta

This app has been one I have used forever and is slow but worth it especially if you are already scanning receipts for Fetch. With Ibotta you have to select the store, select the items and then scan the receipt. This is a little more work but everytime I am able to get at least $0.10 by scanning a receipt. Sometimes there are even free items where if you buy them you get the full amount back.

Achievement

This is a health app that you sync your health tracker (like a smartphone or FitBit) to and you automatically earn points. You can also earn points by completely quick surveys, tweeting something about health or other tasks. I synced my FitBit years ago and it just does its thing. I earn 40-50 points a day just walking normally and then more points for other tasks. You do need 10,000 points to cash out but surprisingly it racks up quickly. I have cashed out twice so far and they pay via Paypal. This is another app you set up and forget about until you notice you have enough points to cash out!

GetUpside

This is a newer app for me so I haven’t cashed out yet on it but I have heard a lot about it online and on the radio so I trust it. This app has you upload receipts from restaurants/stores to earn a percentage of cashback and at gas stations as well. I like this app mainly for saving on gas at BP gas stations. It is easy and there is no minimum cash out but there is a fee to cash out early.

Use this link or enter my promo code CHERISE3573 to get an extra 15¢/gal cash back on your first purchase: https://upside.app.link/CHERISE3573

Raise

This is both an app and a website that I use to buy and sell gift cards. I have even bought a gift card from a store parking lot to use while inside the store! Sometimes I save $10+ and other times it may only be a few dollars. I have even sold gift cards that I wasn’t going to use and its super easy to do that as well. Since March 2017, my total savings is $455.23!

Is there an app or website that has been paying off for you lately?
