I’ve never been a sweaty person but lately I have been waking up sweating. What the heck am I doing in my sleep that I sweat? A cooling pillowcase is really a genius idea as I feel like if my head is cool then my body will start to follow suit. I have been using a cooling pillowcase now for a few weeks and I don’t think I can ever go back. I love these pillowcases and can’t believe the difference they have made with me sleeping. They are so soothing and comfortable. No more sweaty head or scratchy fabric on my face. Really makes a difference to have this material by my face instead of traditional polyester material.
