Having a good baseline for math is right up there with learning to read. I tell my kids all the time that they will read and do some kind of math every day of their lives. Whether they are adding a tip at a restaurant, paying a bill or comparing prices, math is a part of our everyday lives. Kids today are lucky because there are so many great apps to help them learn in a fun way rather than just same ole’ traditional workbook pages.

Creta Class is a math program designed for kids ages 3-8 years old that was developed by early education specialists from the world’s top universities to teach math in an engaging and fun way. The app uses a 5-stage plan, with each stage consisting of 240 lessons, 1,200 animations, and 12,000+ interactive exercises. There are actually over 900 ways to demonstrate and express learning.

By spending just 15-min of learning each day, kids can start growing their math skills. A huge plus for this app is it is ad-free and features age-appropriate content only with 100% safe with parental control. Now the catch is that because there are no un-safe ads, there is a subscription cost to this app. I feel though you get what you pay for with things and with this app serious thought went into it.

You can currently get a 7-day free trial with Creta Class and then there is a subscription fee for continued use. Kids are definitely going to hooked on the app which is a good thing in this case! I really like that it encourages just a certain amount of time each day which is not too much and not too little.

Then to complete the next lesson or task you have to complete the first one. The lessons start with a video which is a cute animated educational short with characters who use examples to teach kids. I found the video looked like a cartoon but has hidden learning in it that kids can soak in! The video even had games to complete where the user earns coins.
