$25 Amazon Gift Giveaway! (Ends 10/2)

Okay so heartburn is a problem that many people suffer and I know firsthand! I never had heartburn until I was pregnant and ever since I have bouts of heartburn a few times a week. Well a well-known pharmaceutical company has approved a new FDA-approved, over the counter drug to treat frequent heartburn, but they have asked for my readers help! This is not for a clinical trial, as the FDA already approved it, but they are looking for a panel of qualified consumers to provide feedback.

All you have to do is complete a brief online questionnaire to determine if the program would be a good fit for you! Then you will be entered to win a $25 Amazon Gift Card! So one of my lucky readers will get $25 because I will be picking the winner, or rather Random.Org will be!
Also, as if winning $25 isn’t enough anyone who completes the survey will be entered to win one of five $50 Amazon gift cards!

This Giveaway has ended.
