Planning a party can be stressful enough, but now thanks to MyPunchBowl, party planning and sharing has become much easier. In today’s world, where so many people are online and at lease check their email, an online party site is a awesome resource. When I think of what I paid in the past to design and prints invitations, mail them, and mail thank you cards; and that isn’t even all MyPunchBowl offers! MyPunchBowl offers 5 different services: Get Inspired, Date Decider, Save the Date, Invitations, After Party sharing.
So first things first, you have to decide what type of party you are having and need fresh ideas and suggestions. For example, we are planning a poker party and when I searched poker party I found a great invitation design and party ideas!
Okay so once you have your party narrowed down to a theme you can then decide the date. When deciding the date you have the option to pick a date and send it out or you can actually send out some dates and poll your guests! I thought that was pretty cool because even though you can never satisfy everyone, maybe one date works for more people than another.
Next, we can send out send out Save the Date invitations. These are nice especially if the party is far enough away that you want to give a heads up about the party but yet it is to early to send out invites.
Now its time for the party and you are ready to send out invitations. First you design your invitation, which there are so many fabulous designs to choose from. There are even tons of invitation options you can choose from such as Show guest list and responses, Allow guests to forward the invitation, Include a message board, and more! You can then add your guest list or import it very easily. Send the invitation and/or add it to your favorite social networking site. Finally, managing guests is easy too!
Okay so when your party is over, MyPunchBowl still has features to offer! You can send Thank you eCards, Check out party Message Board, and post and view pictures and videos. I love that after the party MyPunchBowl provides an easy spot to meet up and share after the party.
Overall, I was very pleased with MyPunchBowl. I love that they are a one-stop party site that you can use from start to finish! Because did I mention the site also links you to party favors, supplies, personalized items, and even gift ideas!
Finally, what you are probably thinking….yes MyPunchBowl is free. There is a catch though; you don’t get all the features and designs with the free package. You can upgrade to the Plus package for $9.95 and if you want more you can upgrade for $29.95 for the Premium package. I recommend checking out the differences, as it may be worth to upgrade if you are a party person!
I have to say though my favorite feature is the free Birthday Reminders via email! And I love all the eCards!
