Plan Toys Parking Garage {Review}

My sons are tough on toys and I am always looking for toys that will last and that entertain both my 34 month old and my 15 month old. Plan Toys is a company that not only creates durable wooden toys, but they also feature many other benefits.

PlanToys Features:

• Made with Clean, natural rubber wood from rubber trees, which no longer produce latex. A chemical-free kiln is then used to strengthen the wood.
• Assembled using certified E-Zero Glue in place of traditional toxic wood glue.
• No dyes containing lead or other heavy materials used. Only safe, non-toxic water based dyes are used.
• Made with recycled and recyclable materials to minimize their impact on the environment.
• The toys are also made in an environmentally and socially responsible private enterprise to meet Green Manufacturing standards.

With PlanToys, its nice that you don’t have to worry about lead poisoning and safety issues. Their toys are organized into categories and perfect for any child in any stage. Whether you are looking for Baby Toys or Educational Toys, Plan Toys has it all.

I received the Parking Garage to review and once my boys saw it, I couldn’t put it together fast enough! First off, it was relatively easy to put together but it does require a screwdriver. Second, off it takes NO batteries! The Parking Garage is pretty big too where both boys can play, especially since there is a ramp on both sides., but they do fight over who gets to move the elevator! Yes this toy has an elevator that you twist a knob at the top and it moves up and down to the different levels. The elevator even has a gate so as you are moving it up and down, the cars can’t fly off!

Parking Garage Features:

•    Includes:  wooden parking attendant, car, gas station and car wash
•    Can be added to the other Plan Toys sets, but is also fun on its own!
•    You really can use any cars with this toy
•    Teaches coordination as your child parks their cars in the parking spaces, twists the elevator, and moves around the entire garage.

Overall, my sons loves the Parking Garage and I admit my husband and I love it too. I love the construction, durability and basically the entire design. It so fun to play with that I don’t think my boys will get sick of it anytime soon! Oh and it also won the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Platinum Award in 2008 and won the Education.com A+ Award!

BUY IT: You can find Plan Toys online and in retail stores all over.
