So the Black Diamond System involves a heavy duty mop with a Microfiber Cleaning Pad and a spray bottle of Wow! Wood Floor Cleaner. First off I must say that the pole for the mop is heavy duty and not cheap like other similar products I have tried. It is also pretty tall and should be comfortable for anyone to use. After snapping all the poles together and sticking the microfiber cloth via Velcro to the mop, I grabbed the spray bottle and went to town. Immediately I noticed how easy it was to spray and the mop just glided smoothly. It cleaned up all the liquid stains (milk from leaky sippy cups) and it was nice that afterwards I can just throw the cloth in the washer. No more buying boxes of wipes that end up drying out anyways! I can also see the spray bottle lasting a long time because after cleaning my whole house the bottle didn’t feel like I used any!
So this is my third house with hardwood floors and I have basically tried everything. This kit from Black Diamond is by far my favorite! Days after cleaning my floors they still shined and looked clean, so now I am cleaning my floors about once a week rather than every other day! The only flaw with the mop is that is doesn’t have a scrubber so in some spots where I had crusted food, I did have to get down with my nails and dig it up, otherwise the mop took care of everything else. I highly recommend this kit and since it saves me time and energy and money since I am not washing my floors as much.
