This year as I was unpacking our Christmas stuff, I noticed that we only have one Christmas book. Just in time, I received the book The Snowman’s Song: A Christmas Story
The Snowman’s Song is a tale of a snowman who hopes to sing Christmas carols like children do. He prays and dreams about the day when he can share his voice with the world. It is an adorable story of hopes and dreams, and how love and kindness is the core of Christmas. It is definitely a wonderful book to add to anyone’s Christmas book collection with a great message.
The story was a still a little hard for Aidan to understand as patience is not one of his virtues, but I think as he gets older it will become a great story to read each Christmas. It is really a great inspirational story for all ages and the pictures alone tell a great story. The best part of this book though is that it comes with a BONUS Audio CD featuring the story read by the author. I popped the CD in and Aidan and Gavin got a kick out of hearing the story read by someone else. Oh and the book is also a nice size hardcover picture book so you know it will last for years to come!
BUY IT: You can buy The Snowman’s Song HERE for $16.95 plus shipping or check it out at Amazon
