Okay so I am by no means a Cheese aficionado. I do love cheese but I don’t know much about it or the different varieties. The best part about cheese is that it is so versatile and is great as an appetizer or just to snack on! Well one cheese company that you probably have heard of or at least seen is
President Cheese. They make Gourmet Spreadables, Light Cheese, Feta, Brie & Camembert, Cows Milk Hard Cheeses, and Sheeps Milk Hard Cheeses.
I received a wonderful package containing the New
President Brie log cheese just in time for Thanksgiving. I put it out with some crackers and before I knew it we went through two logs! If you don’t know much about Brie, it is a creamy and buttery cheese with an edible rind. It has a very subtle taste and the texture is definitely my favorite because of how smooth it is. Now that I tried out the new Brie log, I definitely will be moving my way down the other President cheese!
Overall, the
President Brie log was a hit in my house. It is also super easy to open and cut up, then serve! Oh and it is the perfect size for crackers or mix it up with apples, olives, or whatever else you have lying around!

Each cheese has a Flavor Card you can print out and put on display so guests know about the cheese. You can also find suggestions for Wine Pairing, Food Pairing, and some neat cheese facts! So if you are cheese clueless like me, this website is a huge help! There is of course an awesome list of recipes and even How-To-Videos that include tips on entertaining!
