Homeopathic Products for Cold & Flu Season for Kids!

One thing that bothers me is that when my boys are sick, there really is not much I can do. Most medicines are for Ages 4 and up and besides that I am not big into taking medicines. Well Boiron has come out with some great Homeopathic products to keep your family healthy during the cold and flu season.

I do like how they are safe for children and I know when my kids are sick, anything that could safely help them I am willing to try. I have never used a Homeopathic product before, but when it comes to my kids I feel much better giving them a Homeopathic product then nothing or worse – watching them suffer from a cold, cough, or the flu.

Coldcalm Pellets are a Multi-symptom cold relief product that is for Ages 3 and up. It basically relieves everything and anything, including: sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, sinus pain, sore throats associated with colds, and more ailments associated with a cold!

 

Chestal is a Homeopathic Honey Cough Syrup. This is for Ages 2 and up, which is awesome since there is no cough syrup brands safe for kids under 4 years old. We have been been using this for about three days and Aidan’s cough is much better, finally broken up and coming out. It basically relieves your child’s cough and loosens thick mucus so your child coughs more efficiently. I feel like this product really has helped Aidan and he actually looks forward to taking it!

Oscillococcinum is for Flu-Like Symptoms, such as felling run down, body aches, chills, and fever. This is a tube of medicine that you dissolve in your child’s mouth for Ages 2 and up. This product is also a Homeopathic product.

I would definitely recommend Boiron products both for children and adults who are looking for safe products with no side effects. It is also comforting to know that they are the leading U.S. Homeopathic medicine supplier and has been around since 1932. Now I haven’t taken any of their products for myself, but I know how overwhelming medicines can be and since moms don’t get sick days I like that I can too take Boiron products and still take care of my children.
