Losing weight and eating right is probably on the top of a lot of people’s New Years Resolutions lists. Honestly, it is not on mine because I know I will not be able to stick to it. I will try on my own, but who knows what will come of it.
Well Twitter Moms has asked the question “What are your top 5 New Year’s resolutions for getting healthy and fit in 2010?” and I wanted to share what I thought.
1) Eating Right – more fruits and vegetables, less fast food
2) Drink More Water – I am awful at this and I know how important it is
3) Play More Wii – mainly get in a routine with my Wii Fit
4) Play with my Sons more – Get outside when it’s nice and walk to the park or just play in the yard more
5) Vitamins – Start taking appropriate vitamins more reguarly
