I love Chinese food but it can be time consuming to make at home and expensive to order out. Well La Choy has come out with La Choy Creations, which is a meal in a box! La Choy Creations include seasonings, sauces, and rice – you just have to add chicken, beef, shrimp or whatever protein your family enjoys!
La Choy Creations take about 20 minutes to prepare and cook. They are so simple as you just toss everything in a skillet and cook. It is an easy, convenient, and budget conscious way to enjoy a Chinese meal at home! There are three varieties available: Sweet & Sour Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, and Asian Fried Rice, none of which contain MSG.
I received the Teriyaki Chicken Creations and it was a hit! I thawed out some frozen chicken breasts and when I was ready, I cut them up and threw them in the skillet. I had dinner ready in record time and only one pan to wash! I did make a side of vegetables to go with it. The dinner is family sized and it was perfect for the four of us, although I have two little kids, where as if your kids are older and eat more you may need two boxes. I would highly recommend checking out any of the La Choy Creations as I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious and flavorful the Teriyaki dinner was!
