MY THOUGHTS:

I have been using Mederma for about a month now and I definitely see results.  Now I was stretch mark free until I had my boys, then it was like I was punished for never having stretch marks before.  With my first son I gained weight pretty rapidly, not a lot of weight but a lot at one time.  Then I had my second son 17 months later and ever since my stomach has been awful.  My family members actually don’t even believe me when I say how bad my stretch marks are and then are shocked when I show them.

I admit I haven’t exercised or dieted so I know that isn’t helping my cause, nor did I use Coco Butter like I should have.  I did try it though but it just didn’t seem to work for me after I already had stretch marks. Well with Mederma, I can see a change.  They are lightening up for me and are not the dark pink that they were.  I am hoping that after the 12-weeks (which is what is recommended) they will look even better (or should I say look even less!)

The first thing I noticed about Mederma is the incredible smell it has, I can’t describe it but it is nice!  It is not overpowering in a bad way and doesn’t leave me with a headache like strong scents usually do.  The next thing I noticed is that it is thick and not so liquidity that it slides all over.  It is not greasy but just the right consistency and rubs in awesome.  My oldest son is 3 years old so my stretch marks started around then, Mederma does work best on fresher stretch marks, but mine are lightening.

I definitely recommend Mederma as it seems to be working great for me (sorry I can’t vouch for how effective it will be for others) and the smell alone is worth buying!  Now if only Mederma could make my skin firmer as well as alleviate my awful stretch marks, I’d have found the best product ever!  For now though I am happy with lightening up the terrible marks all across my stomach!
