MY THOUGHTS:

I did not realize how much my 3 year old loves the piano until this app.  He loves to tap all the keys and hear the different sounds.  He plays this app all the time, but mainly he likes it right before bed and has it on repeat as he falls asleep!  I think it is neat that you can change the piano keys to sound like other instruments such as a guitar, harp, flute, even animal sounds! He doesn’t understand the whole kareoke thing or recording his sounds yet, but I think in time he will and it is a neat idea!  I remember when I was little playing “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” on a xlophone and now my son can play it on a touch screen device!

The illustrations on this app are fabulous and very bright and kid-friendly.  I think it is great for him to start off with and play around with, especially to a popular nursery song.  Overall, I would recommend this for any child, whether musically inclined or not, as it is a classic and the app is very easy to use.  Keeps my son occupied, even though I can know recite “Twinkle, Twinkle..” in my sleep!
