Bob Evans Wildfire Sauce Review (& Grill Kit Giveaway Ends 8/14)

Bob Evans Farms is a growing family of regional brands, including Bob Evans Restaurants, Mimis Café, Bob Evans retail food, and Owens.  There are 715 full-0service restaurants and a complete line of retail food products available.  The Bob Evans restaurants are mainly in the Midwest but there are also some Mimi’s Café’s spread about and in California.  Bob Evans is all about high-quality food and excellent hospitality.  Some of the retail products include refrigerated mashed potatoes, slow-roasted entrees and frozen breakfast sandwiches.

MY THOUGHTS:

When I was younger, we used to go to Bob Evans restaurant a lot to eat.  I am not sure why, but that was the restaurant we always went to when we were with my entire family.  I loved that red-farmhouse restaurant!  I honestly can’t remember the last time I went to a Bob Evans restaurant as they closed the one nearby and I actually didn’t realize there is one now about 40 minutes away.  I do though buy the Bob Evans sausage at my grocery store as it is a favorite for my family now.

Other than sausage I didn’t even realize that Bob Evans had a barbecue sauce out.  Now you can take home the award-winning, smoky-sweet barbecue sauce – Bob Evans Wildfire!  I know this sauce is popular in the restaurants and for them to make it available now for consumers to purchase, it has to be pretty good, right?  When I tried the Bob Evans Wildfire sauce I at first was confused – it is smoky, spicy, but also sweet.  Now, I am a baby when it comes to spicy foods but this sauce is perfect since it also has a sweet side.  I honestly cannot get enough of this sauce!  The Wildfire in the name is deceiving too as it is not that spicy, which is fine with me!  We have pretty much used up the entire bottle already!  I have used it on smoked sausage, French fries, pizza, and chicken nuggets so far.  Even my toddlers like it!  I am now curious to go to the restaurant to try it out there with their menu items!  Although, I did find that the Bob Evans website has a ton of recipes available that all sound yummy!
