ABOUT THE APP:

The wildly popular WordWorld “Build a Word” app is now even better!  In response to your feedback, we installed the following upgrades:

· Re-programming the app to be compatible with the 4.0 iPhone operating system.

· Randomizing the presentation of the WordFriends for more WordBuilding fun!

· Decreasing the price.  You can now purchase the app for the low, low cost of only $0.99.

The “Build a Word” app is based on the WordWorld television show.  Children will shake up this “WordBuilder” to watch letters float across the screen.  They can then place letters in the outline provided to build words one letter at a time.  By pushing the letters of each word together, words will magically “morph” into WordFriends!  DOG, DUCK, PIG, ANT, FROG, SHEEP, BUG, COW, CAT and BEE come to life and help children build early literacy skills.

MY THOUGHTS:

My son loves Word World so I immediately downloaded this app months ago when I found it.  It is a super easy app for kids to figure out and I definitely think it is helping my 3 year old with his letters and words.  He knew instantly how to play without me showing him and ever since he has been building words.  I love the new updates that mix up the words, as before he would get bored I think because it was the same characters in a row, now he never knows who he is going to “build.”  I highly recommend this app for any parent of a preschooler or younger, especially if they are Word World fans!
