(Missed Part 1? Check it out Here!)
Okay so onto Day 2 of the BlogHer conference and again it was going to be a busy one! I started with coffee with the Double Duty Divas at 7:30AM.

Next I had a few hours before the conference started and expo opened so I tried to catch up on emails and approve comments for my blog! Right when the conference started I checked out the My Blog Spark suite which had a taste tasting of lots of yummy foods and gave out a swag bag full of Free coupons! I also checked out the Smores Suite and had a smore at like 10:30 in the morning! Next, was the expo. I made the most of my time in the expo since my blog’s niche is product reviews (and giveaways) I figured it was most beneficial to take advantage of all the PR contacts and new products coming out.

During my expo time I also kept popping out for private suite parties or swag pick-ups. A lot of bloggers were sponsored and because of my determination and some help I found out about a lot of them and got on their lists. So you would basically show up at a hotel suite either at the Hilton or one of the other surrounding area hotels, then a blogger would either give you a swag bag and send you on your way or they would invite you in for a party!
(Here is one of the hotel suites with swag)
So again I missed sessions entirely this day! I did not mean to and don’t get me wrong the sessions sounded very beneficial but there was just not enough time in the day and the session times were over an hour and I didn’t want to pop in and then leave early.
After the expo ended and closing address for BlogHer, it was time for more parties and when I say more I say lots more! Luckily all these parties were in the Hilton so it was not a lot of walking! Also, even if you didn’t have a ticket to these parties they were letting people in so nobody was missing out!
(Yes I went to all these parties!) (Me and Maria at first party)
(Me and Alicia from Making Time for Mommy– yes I am sticking my tongue out!) (Me and Maria at the CheeseburgHer Party)
The conference was now officially over and I was actually sad to go. I had such a great time and it was so nice to physically meet some bloggers that I have emailed before or just saw on Twitter. I had a great time and it was definitely worth the money to me, sponsor or not I do recommend checking out BlogHer (hopefully I will see you next year in San Diego for BlogHer 2011). I also want to add that whether you are a newbie blogger or experienced, everyone can benefit by learning something and networking with others. I guess we will see what the future holds for me and Mama’s Money Savers, but for now I am definitely busy and loving it!
Check out my Wordless Wednesday post tomorrow to see my Swag!
