MY THOUGHTS:

So I am slowly getting back to working out with my Wii and I really like the Riiflex Dumbbells.  They are really durable and give me just enough resistance to give my workouts a little extra push.  I think they would be great whether you are just starting out or just looking for more of a challenge.  I definitely agree with the statement above that says how other dumbbells are made of cheap plastic and seem like toys, but this Wii accessory is meant to last.  I also love how easy it is to snap my controllers in and out.

I can’t stress enough though how durable and strong these dumbbells are.  They are not hollow, but really sturdy.  It is definitely a greater workout too to workout with them while I play my Wii Fit Plus and Your Shape.  Really though you could use them on any workout game where you are moving your arms around.  I don’t see either why they couldn’t be used independently of the Wii, I mean they are only 2 lbs. each but really you could use them in your regular exercise or walking routine.
