McDonald’s Angus Snack Wraps Review (& Giveaway Ends 11/12)

McDonald’s is a restaurant that needs no introduction.   To expand their Snack Wrap menu, they are now offering Angus Third Pounders in snack-size wraps!  They feature the same premium burger taste but are wrapped in a soft flour tortilla instead of a bun.

Angus Bacon & Cheese Snack Wrap

100% savory Angus beef, sensational bacon slices, melty American cheese, tangy crinkle cut pickles and snappy red onions in a soft flour tortilla.

Angus Deluxe Snack Wrap

100% savory Angus beef, fresh, ripe tomato slices, melty American cheese, crinkle cut pickles, crisp lettuce and snappy red onions wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.

Angus Mushroom & Swiss Snack Wrap

100% savory Angus beef, tantalizingly tasty sliced mushrooms, and melty Swiss cheese in a soft flour tortilla.

MY THOUGHTS:

First off I love McDonald’s, but I have never tried any burger other than the regular hamburger/cheeseburger.  I am just more of a plain person and I don’t like all the condiments on my burger as it feels to hard and messy to eat.  To be different though I went outside my realm and checked of the Angus Bacon & Cheese Snack Wrap.  I admit I was pleasantly surprised.  Since it is wrapped in a tortilla it just seemed easier to eat and didn’t fall apart as I ate it.  I also think it is much easier to eat a Snack Wrap on-the-go rather than a traditional burger.   My husband really likes the Angus Mushroom & Swiss Snack Wrap, and didn’t mind the no-bun!

I recommend the Snack Wraps to anyone looking to expand their McDonald’s menu.  It is easy to eat, has the same high-quality as the Angus burgers and are reasonably priced!  Just be careful if you are trying to watch what you eat, because these are snack-wraps it is easy to want more than one!
