I have never been a creative person but I do love watching home decorating tv shows. One show the other day the decorators were focusing on the master bedroom. They always have such neat ideas, one of which was upholstered headboards. Currently, I have a nice wooden headboard, but it is boring and traditional. In college though my headboard didn’t make in through one of my apartment moves and I didn’t bother replacing it. I wish I would have known then about upholstered headboards.
Something about having fabric or a non-metal/wood material on my bed just seems cozier. I also tend to be a wild sleeper and it is not uncommon for me to whack my arms against the headboard as I flail them around! In college though, in my small apartments I used my bed as a couch most times so a nice feeling headboard would have been against my back as I leaned against it. Now it would be nice to have a softer headboard because my boys crawl in bed with us at night and they have a tendency to bang their heads on the headboard. Maybe someday I will get a nice one, until then I guess I am stuck with my old wooden one.

A headboard is something that you do not realize how much you would enjoy until you own one. Many individuals enjoy sitting in their bed at night to either read a book or watch some TV before go to sleep. If you do not have a headboard, you are forced to lean against the hard wall. I do not know about you, but my back can not handle that for long, I think so. If someone have a headboard attached to your or our bed, if, you can comfortably rest up against it instead. While all headboards are a comfortable alternative to resting up against a wall, upholstered ones or you are by far the softest and most comfortable.
