The Emmy-award winning Family Feud first aired in the U.S. over 30 years ago and is one of the most iconic game shows in broadcast history. It continues to be one of the top-rated game shows on the air today. The scoreboard, “Survey Says!” and “Fast Money Round” have become part of pop culture and are recognizable elements in the video game that is a fun-for-the-family experience. Family Feud Decades challenges players with thousands of authentic survey questions from four different eras (70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s) to fuel the competitive fun. The game features the true-to-TV show sets from all four decades.

MY THOUGHTS:

I love the actual game show but I wasn’t sure how you would enter words on the game.  Well you hit a button to buzz in and then you just point your Wii mote at the screen keyboard to spell out your word.  It is super easy to enter and fun!  I played this so far against the computer and love it.  Now it is pretty basic, you go through the rounds and then have the final round where you have to answer all the questions within a minute to earn more than 200 points.  It is just like the show!  It also has a spell checker and it gives you synonyms so you don’t have to get the exact word (like butt is also derriere).  There are so many questions (over 2500) that I don’t think either I will run into duplicates anytime soon!  You also get to choose which era you want – 70s, 80s, 90s, or 2000s and then which difficulty level you want.  Very fun and I can’t wait to play the party mode and with my mom, since she is a huge Family Feud fan!
