ABOUT THE BOOK:
No one likes to diet, but this book will encourage and inspire readers with its positive, practical, and purposeful stories of dieting and fitness. Readers will find hope, help, and hints on getting fit and staying healthy in these 101 stories from those who have been there, done that, and maintained it. Stories about wake-up calls and realizations, moving more and eating better, self-esteem and support, will motivate any reader looking to start fresh or needing a boost. This is a great book for anyone embarking on a healthier lifestyle.
MY THOUGHTS:
I would guess that many people have New Year’s resolutions to loose weight or just re-invent yourself. It is a book that has 101 encouraging stories from people who are dieting, exercising, reinventing themselves, and more. They are very quick stories that basically make you realize that if that average-joe can do it then you can do it. The book is a self-help book in a way, if you want to read the stories that way. The forward of the story is even written by Richard Simmons! I liked reading the stories and see different way and motivations that others used. The book is great way to start off the year!
