MY THOUGHTS:

I never used lullaby cds for either of my boys because I never really found one that I liked.  I love the Cradle Rock cds, they are awesome!  Not only can I rock my new baby to sleep when he or she comes but I can silently sing along.  I was never good with nursery songs and always seemed to make up the words.  With the Cradle Rocks cds I am not only going to be soothing my baby but also enjoying the music myself!  I actually am listening the Johnny Cash cd right now as I write this because it is just nice soft music!  There are different instruments used and no words, so the songs really are lullaby-like and soothing.  I can listen to the Michael Jackson and Johnny Cash cd over and over.  “Walk the Line,” “Ring of Fire, “Billie Jean,” and “Thriller” are my favorites so far!  I have never heard Kenny Chesney before so I am not familiar with his music but the lullaby version is still nice.

I think Cradle Rock cds are so unique and perfect for the mom and dad who are not really the classical music or nursery type.  It is a great way to introduce babies to music!  I love to that they are adding titles too including the Eagles, Black Eyed Peas, U2, Carrie Underwood and Pink Floyd.
