Matching Your Kids to Great Actitivies for Free!

When I was younger my mom pretty much signed me up for every extracurricular activity she could, hoping I would like one.  To name a few, I was in ballet, tap, arts and crafts, basketball, and swimming   Back then that was the only way I guess to see what your child liked, but it sure cost my mom a lot of money because of course after I realized it wasn’t for me I didn’t want to go anymore. 

Now there is a website called Kidzmet that helps parents pair their children with the perfect teachers, tutors and coaches.  After signing up for a FREE family account. Each child will complete a Pairing Portrait to evaluate what is the child’s personality type, strengths and talents, and learning style.  Each child has their own profile and is then matched with teachers who know how to help them and build upon their strengths.  Parents then start receiving a monthly newsletter full of suggestions for activities and learning styles that fit your child’s personality.  Parents will also receive email introductions to local teachers that will instantly connect with their kids. 

I think Kidzmet sounds like a great idea and is definitely something I will be checking out when my boys a a little bit older.  The website is very easy to use and navigate, and best of all it is free to use!  You do have to pay for the activities obviously when you find one that is a good match for your child, but all Kidzmet teachers, tutors, and coaches offer complimentary trial classes to new students.  You really have nothing to use by checking out Kidzmet!
