Chuggington Wooden Railway Over & Under Starter Set

This set is a great value, and the perfect starting point for any wooden train collection. This 25-piece set features a 2-in-1 Clock Tower where you can stack the pieces to create a two-level tower, or separate them to create two stand-alone tunnels. With Chuggington, there are so many ways to play! It also includes two wooden engines (Wilson and Koko), a Vee figure, and a figure-8 track layout. Ages: 3 and up.

MY THOUGHTS:

My boys love the show Chuggington but until now they hadn’t had any Chuggington toys.  They do have a train table but their favorite Chuggington trains were missing.  Now with the new Chugginton Wooden Railway sets they can play with their favorite trains and incorporate them into their train table.

The Over & Under Starter Set is a great set to start off with because it is a small set, but still includes two trains and the Clock Tower with Vee.  You can use the Clock Tower either as a tower or as two tunnels, which amazed my boys!  Koko and Wilson come with the set which was fine with us and you get a total of 17 pieces.  Again I will say this set is not very big but what’s nice is that the wooden Chugginton track does fit with the other wooden track sets we have.  There are also more 2-in-1 Chugginton Buildings available including the Double Decker Roundhouse and Chug Wash – both of which my boys pointed at and said “Me Me!”  These sets are a must have for any Chugginton fan, whether or not they already have a train set collection or are just starting out.
