MY THOUGHTS:

Kandy Fish is an adorable app that my boys love on the iPad.  It is such a bright and colorful app that my boys are completely intrigued by it.  The app contains four activities for kids.  The first involves matching fish to the correct colored buckets.  Next is picking the next fish that comes in the pattern.  Next comes tracing shapes with your finger.  Finally, coloring pages to color!  There is also a little video to watch a story of the Kandy Fish come alive.  My 2 year old love the coloring pages the best but he does love all the activities!  I think it is a great app for less than $1 since it has so much packed into one!
