SLAPlet Silicone Bracelets Review (& Giveaway Ends 5/2)

ABOUT:

In an effort to attract tweens who think Silly Bandz and Rubber Message wristbands are uncool, there are now SLAPlets.  They are similar to the old slap bracelets every kid in America used to love, but with more flare!  They come in hot and fun colors, and best of all they are 100% hypoallergenic silicone so they are safer.  Oh and did I mention they can be accessorized with SLAPlinx, which are uniquely shaped, colorful silicone links to personalize bracelets.  They are customizable trendy friendship bracelets that come in 6 fun colors (blue, black, red, white, purple, and pink) with six more on the way.

MY THOUGHTS:

I loved slap bracelets when I was younger, but I do remember the pain I had from friends slapping them on my wrist!  I think they were aluminum maybe?  I love that they have re-designed them to make them silicone and that there are fun silicone bands you can put on them.  My boys (2 and 4) actually love the bracelets!  They think it is so cool to slap them on their wrists and add the silicone bands to them.  They don’t hurt and they are durable (which my boys have definitely tested!)

I can definitely see my tween sister getting into SLAPlets and SLAPlinx because they are fun and bright, easy to share with friends, and relatively inexpensive.  I think they are also great for both girls and boys.

BUY IT: Each SLAPlet comes with three SLAPlinx and retails for $5.99.  You can also purchase 12-packs of SLAPlinx.  Visit www.SLAPlet.com and check your local Michaels crats stores to purchase them!

WIN IT: (1) US winner will receive three complete SLAPlets (Each comes with 3 SLAPlinx) plus a 12-pack of SLAPlinx, a total retail value of $24!

TO ENTER:  Visit SLAPlet and leave a comment on your favorite color bracelet!
