ABOUT THE APP:

Your child will learn their numbers and to count to 10. You can play along with them: parents love this app too.  This app is fun, interactive and engaging. Simply pop the balloons.

All Oscar’s Apps are designed by parents and teachers and rely on the following key educational principles:

MY THOUGHTS:

When you first open this app there are three choices: Learn, Follow and Play.  The concept of the game is to pop the balloons in order from 1-10, that’s it, nothing fancy.  In Learn, the balloons are in order and highlighted so your child knows which order 1-10 is.  In Follow the balloons are out of order but still highlighted to let you know which balloon comes next.  Finally im Play the balloons are out of order and kids are on their own.  My boys (2 and 4) love to pop the balloons and I think it is definitely helping my 2 year old to see the balloons and order they go in.  My 4 year old is good with his numbers but practice always helps especially when the balloons are out of order and he has to think about it.  The game is great for kids learning to count to ten and again that’s all that is too this game.
