MY THOUGHTS:

I love toys that come with their own storage containers because it makes it much easier for them to find the toy they want and clean up when their done.  K’NEX products in general have been around in my household as soon as my boys could sit up! They have always loved to build and the K’NEX products are not only durable but come in such a great variety.

The new K’NEX Roary the Racing Car products are great because now my boys have a toy they can play with featuring Roary, so far I have yet to find any Roary the Racing Car toys!  I got the chance to check out the Maxi Racing Car Building Set and it is the perfect size for playing with and I love that there is a special piece to snap on so they can use it on their train table!  There is just enough pieces (18) to make building the Maxi car fun but not too much that my 2 year old needs help.  He is so excited to do it on his own!  Then cleaning up is a breeze because everything can be thrown back in the container and the lid snaps shut – it is ready for the next playtime.  I will say though my son usually keeps it with his cars or trains assembled rather than taking it apart and putting it away.  He also loves to zoom it around as he watch the Roary the Racing Car show on Sprout!  It is very cute, simple, and would make a great gift!
