Lil’ Teammates Review (& Giveaway – 3 Winners Ends 6/3)

ABOUT:

Lil’ Teammates are a hot new collectible toy from The Party Animal. The figures are about 3 inches tall and are officially licensed with the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and over 65 colleges.  There are several positions available from every team but they are not player specific.

You can also register your Lil’ Teammates online where you can create an individual profile featuring your favorite teams and team avatar, fill your trophy case, play games and answer quizzes about every team!  The information to register your figurines is on the package!

MY THOUGHTS:

My boys are just getting into sports and action figures and that is where Lil’ Teammates comes in as an awesome toy!  They are not just figures to display on a shelf and not play with (although they are cute enough you may want to just display them.)  Lil’ Teammates are meant to be played with!

I love that this figurines are not cheesy since they are officially licensed.  The other great feature is that since they are not player specific they won’t be old or outdated, for example if one player changes teams or something.  There are no last names or sports numbers on their uniforms.  The figurines are just cute sports figures and there really is one for every sports fan since the collection includes so many!

My 3 year old loves these figurines, even though he really doesn’t understand that there are different sports teams out there.  He was playing with them like they are regular action figures and he did understand they are sports figurines.  The detail on them is awesome as they are painted well, made of durable hard plastic and some even have moveable arms!  I think my sons will really appreciate them in a few years but for now they play with them like any other toy figurine.  My husband thinks its great to have local Chicago teams because he is really into sports and the Lil’ Teammates will help my boys recognize Chicago teams!

They are perfect for sports fans of all ages as they are small and durable enough for kids to play with but also cool figures that are great for sports fans to displays at work, top a birthday cake, use as a Christmas tree ornament or use a stocking stuffer!  They will be also be collectible figurines as new series figurines come out and they become hard to get!

I got a great collection of some of the Chicago team figurines!
