MY THOUGHTS:

We go through a lot of aluminum pans in my family as we are always making and bring big batches of food somewhere.  Whether I am making cookies, cupcakes, pasta salad or something else, it is usually just easier to bring it in an aluminum pan.  I found aluminum to be strong and durable and most importantly cheap enough in price that I don’t mind leaving it wherever I bring a dish or scrubbing it clean if I don’t feel like it.
