Adornwithaandm Etsy Chalkboard Mat Review (& Giveaway 8/12)

MY THOUGHTS:

I love handmade items and Etsy has so many great stores that I could spend hours just browsing.  I don’t remember what I searched for when I came across Adornwithaandm but I am glad I did.  I got the chance to check out one of their fabulous Chalkboard Mats and what a great and unique product!

I of course chose a Cars Chalkboard Mat since my little guy is obsessed with them right now.  It is a great size of 9” X 11” with one side fabric and one side chalkboard mat.  To make it easier for little hands to open and close on their own is a piece of elastic that you just roll up the mat and secure.  The mat can be wiped clean over and over with a dry cloth or wet cloth and is perfect for home or traveling.  We keep ours in the car for drawing on the go or to take in restaurants or friends houses.  My little guy draws on it while we are on car rides and it keeps him so occupied!  I love that it is something different than just coloring with crayons and that it rolls up for easy traveling.  We have even gotten asked at restaurants where we got it because no one had seen something like that before.  I think it will be especially fun in the winter when my boys are not getting their “chalk-fix” and can draw on these little mats.  They are also reasonably priced at $8 each, but discounts are offered for the more you buy – she even suggests them as party favors which is a great idea!  There are also so many designs to choose from that there is sure one to please every kid!
