PetCakes Review (& Giveaway Ends 7/29)

ABOUT:

PetCakes is a new collectible plush pet line that is an adorable sweet treat for kids ages 3 and up.  Each PetCakes animal features a “frosting” hat, comes nestled in its own cupcake wrapper and has its own whimsical backstory.  At first look, kids will see a delicious cupcake but will then be surprised to find a pet snuggled inside.  They are perfect gifts, ideal for birthday party favors, stocking stuffers, and provide hours of open-ended imaginative play.

They are 80% polyester, 20% polyester/cotton blended fabric. Filling is 100% polyester fiber.

MY THOUGHTS:

PetCakes are absolutely adorable!  I have never seen anything like them before.  My 3 year old son absolutely loves them!  He first off loves sweets and second off loves to cuddle with anything soft, so PetCakes are perfect for him.  While I think PetCakes would be great for any occasion, I gave my son a few for his birthday and then we set them up on the tables for guests to check out – everything thought they were so cute!  They are really soft and you can keep them in their cupcake container or out like a regular stuffed animal – the cupcake container does have some cardboard inside the fabric to keep its shape but it is not that hard either.

I love that they have different styles and collections available, with all different animals.  They are a little girly but for little kids I think they can be unisex and I’d like to see someone try to tear them away from my son!  I think a girl though would be absolutely in love with them and think they are super cute.
