Recipe Rock is perfect for recipes from the Internet, magazines and even note-cards. And it is small enough to fit in a drawer or recipe box! Just remove the metal ball from the magnetic rock, place the pages upright in front of the rock and replace the ball on the rock with the papers in between.
The Recipe Rock and other Architec Housewares products are available at Crate & Barrel and specialty boutiques. We would be happy to send you a sample for your own review on Mama’s Money Savers and/or provide hi-res images.
MY THOUGHTS:
I am terrible at keeping recipes intact. Since most of my recipes are ones I printed out or took the card out of my recipe box, I am constantly trying to keep the recipe clean while I am cooking. Yes I do have a cookbook stand but it is big and I am usually too lazy to drag it out. Recipe Rock though is an awesome idea! Not only is it reasonably priced at less than $10 (I paid like $25 for my cookbook stand) but it is small enough to put in a drawer or nice enough to leave out on the counter.
The Recipe Rock really is a simple product but so useful. I did doubt how well it would work, but you can’t judge a book, or in this case a rock, by its cover. I put a printed recipe on it and it held it up just right. I didn’t have a big stand in my way or a messy recipe. I also am more apt to use it for my recipes rather than throwing the paper on the counter.
BUY IT: The Recipe Rock and other Architec Housewares products are available at Crate & Barrel and specialty boutiques. I also found it on Amazon.

i habdle my recipes by laying them against a toaster
I've developed a "system" (of sorts) for holding up recipes that are printed out. I clip them on to my cooling rack with a binder clip and prop the rack up against the wall. It works, but I'd love to have a Recipe Rock that would work better and look SO much nicer!
Currently when I print them out I always end up making them a mess because they are always by all my ingredients on the counter or table top

I normally just leave them on the comp and bring my laptop into the kitchen or they're just printed on paper and shoved in drawers in the kitchen...with food all over them!
Lay them up against something and whine when they fall or get dirty.

I always just lay my recipes on the counter! Thanks for the great giveaway!
Sadly my recipes are printed out and place on the counter typically near my mixer. I never end up with a clean recipe.
Mine always end up a mess covered in some sort of ingredient on them from them sitting on the counter.
I will use my smartphone, run back and forth to the desktop, cookbook or cards from a box x.x
I usually just place my recipe on the counter where it seems to collect spatter marks.
