INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, Italian salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken.
Cover, and cook 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low.
My Notes: I am a very inpatient cook. I love this recipe because there really is no prep other than tossing everything into the crockpot in the morning and stirring it up! I admit I was worried about using frozen boneless chicken breasts but it came out great! My husband couldn’t believe either that the chicken shredded so nicely, he thought it was pulled pork! You can experiment with different BBQ sauces and add-ins like onions or spices. I think the recipe was perfect though just as it is!

The chicken just gets put in whole and it will naturally shred or do you have to do anything special before or after cooking it?

No prob! Let me know how it turns out!
It turned out great! I left it in on high for 4 hours and it was perfect. Thanks again! I'm definitely going to use this recipe in the future!
No prob! Glad you liked it! It is fun too to mess around with different bbq sauces, but if it is a thin sauce you may need to thicken it up with more brown sugar.
