• 2 seasoning packets from Ramen noodles package
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk dressing really well, keep in fridge until ready to toss into coleslaw.
Notes:
I do make this without the optional ingredients because of food allergies in our house and I think it tastes just fine. This recipe makes a big bowl’s worth so feel free to cut in half or just make half at a time – my husband loves this in the summertime so to make fresh batches I just make a half batch each time.

This salad is always a hit. I sometimes add a splash of soy sauce to the dressing. Other than that, it's the same recipe I got from a friend a few years ago! Nice how these recipes go 'round.

Nope don't cook the noodles. The uncooked noodles make it a crunchy salad. Very yummy!
