(I forgot to take a finished picture, so you will have to imagine the dressing mixed in!)
INGREDIANTS:
Optional:
Dressing: (Make night before if you’d like)
• 2 seasoning packets from Ramen noodles package
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk dressing really well, keep in fridge until ready to toss into coleslaw.
Notes:
I do make this without the optional ingredients because of food allergies in our house and I think it tastes just fine. This recipe makes a big bowl’s worth so feel free to cut in half or just make half at a time – my husband loves this in the summertime so to make fresh batches I just make a half batch each time.

I've made this using broccoli slaw instead of cabbage slaw and beef flavored ramen noodles instead of chicken. Yum yum!!
Yum!
This salad is always a hit. I sometimes add a splash of soy sauce to the dressing. Other than that, it's the same recipe I got from a friend a few years ago! Nice how these recipes go 'round.
I got it from my mother-in-law and now my aunt does it too - recipes definitely move around! Soy sauce sounds yummy, thanks for the suggestion!
Do you cook the noodles first or just throw everything together?
Nope don't cook the noodles. The uncooked noodles make it a crunchy salad. Very yummy!
